International Conferences on Sovereign Bond Markets

It is our pleasure to invite you to attend five International Conferences on Sovereign Bond Markets.

NYU Stern|Salomon Center for the Study of Financial Institutions (New York City, New York), University of Michigan|Mitsui Life Financial Research Center (Ann Arbor, Michigan), Research Center SAFE at Goethe University Frankfurt (Frankfurt, Germany), National University of Singapore Business School|Centre for Asset Management Research and Investments (Singapore), Waseda University (Tokyo, Japan) and Bank of Canada (Ottawa, Ontario) are co-sponsors of the fifth of five conferences to be held respectively in:

in the years 2014 - 2018.

The objective of these conferences is to bring together academics, practitioners and policy-makers working in the area of sovereign bond markets. Invitetd speakers include prominent academics, industry experts, senior officials and researchers from central banks such as the Bank of Japan, the European Central Bank, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Federal Reserve System. They will provide an opportunity for participants engaged in research, investments, trading and policy-making, at the forefront of this area, to discuss both the causes and implications of recent events in sovereign bond markets.

The four Conferences are organised under the auspices of the Society for Financial Econometrics (SoFiE), CREDIT Network (Venice, Italy) and SYRTO project and would be dedicated to various aspects of sovereign bond markets.
