International Conferences on Sovereign Bond Markets

It is our pleasure to invite you to attend six International Conferences on Sovereign Bond Markets.

Research Center SAFE at Goethe University Frankfurt (Frankfurt am Main), NYU Stern|Salomon Center for the Study of Financial Institutions (New York City), University of Michigan|Mitsui Life Financial Research Center (Ann Arbor), Asian Bureau of Finance and Economic Research (Singapore), Waseda University (Tokyo), National University of Singapore Business School|Centre for Asset Management Research and Investments (Singapore), Bank of Canada (Ottawa), Deutsche Bundesbank (Frankfurt am Main), and European Central Bank (Frankfurt am Main) are co-sponsors of the sixth of six conferences to be held respectively in:

in the years 2014 - 2019.

The objective of these conferences is to bring together academics, practitioners and policy-makers working in the area of sovereign bond markets. Invitetd speakers include prominent academics, industry experts, senior officials and researchers from central banks such as the Bank of Japan, the European Central Bank, the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the Federal Reserve System. They will provide an opportunity for participants engaged in research, investments, trading and policy-making, at the forefront of this area, to discuss both the causes and implications of recent events in sovereign bond markets.

The six Conferences are organised under the auspices of the Society for Financial Econometrics (SoFiE) and CREDIT Network (Venice, Italy) and would be dedicated to various aspects of sovereign bond markets.
