Registration Fees

                                                VAT is currently 22%

(*) if you are a Phd Student, you are kindly requested to send a certificate of your PhD Student position as well as a letter of presentation to the Local Organizer GRETA (Address: San Polo 2605, 30125 Venice- Italy. E-mail: credit@greta.it)

Registration Fee covers:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Lunches and coffee during the Conference
• Conference kit

The registration fees do not fully cover the conference dinner on October 6th, 2016, for which there is an extra charge of Euro 80.00 per person (participants as well as accompanying persons).

Payments

Payments can be made as follows:

• Credit Card (available only on line)
• Bank Transfer

Cancellation and refunds

• Registrations will be refunded, with a 25% cancellation fee, only if a written request is received by 01/09/2016. No refund will be processed after this date.
• Due to accounting reasons, any refund will be issued after the end of the Conference.
• Any request of cancellation shall be addressed either by fax or e-mail to NEXA (Fax: + 39 041 5285041 - E-mail: creditinfo@nexave.org).
• In case of changes in the registration details originally submitted NEXA will be authorized to charge an extra processing service fee
• Changes in the name of the Participant/Delegate are allowed and must be sent either by fax or e-mail to NEXA (Fax: + 39 041 5285041 - E-mail: creditinfo@nexave.org).
