To be eligible for the waiving rate, students are requested to send a copy of their student ID or any other certificate and a letter of presentation to the Organising Committee.
	Before booking for the accomodation, please be sure to be accepted as PhD student. The decision of the Organising Committee will be communicated as soon as possible by email.
	If the documentation presented is not sufficient, you will be requested to pay the full registration fees according to your affiliation. Otherwise, you can cancellate either by fax o by e-mail to Oltrex (fax +39.041.5334870, e-mail: gretainfo@oltrex.it) and you will be charged by € 15,00 for administrative costs.
