As Venice is a city renown for heavy tourism, we strongly recommend that you forward your accommodation request to the Conference Secretariat at your earliest convenience.

The deadline for guaranteed accommodation requests is July 20th, 2004. After this date bookings will be confirmed based on availability.

A wide selection of accommodation arrangements is available, with alternative options within the selection of hotels.

Contacting the Conference Secretariat it is also possible to book very affordable rooms in ancient Venetian monasteries (Institute). Above Rooms will be available on a first come, first served basis. The cost of a room may vary from 50 euro to 110 euro.
