To be eligible for the waiving rate, students are requested to send a copy of their student ID or any other certificate and a letter of presentation to the Organising Committee. |

Before booking for the accomodation, please be sure to be accepted as PhD student. The decision of the Organising Committee will be communicated as soon as possible by email. |

If the documentation presented is not sufficient, you will be requested to pay the full registration fees according to your affiliation. Otherwise, you can cancellate either by fax o by e-mail to Oltrex (fax +39.041.5334870, e-mail: creditinformation@oltrex.it) and you will be charged by € 15,00 for administrative costs. |
