Guidelines for Speakers

If you have been selected for a presentation, please follow these guidelines when formatting your paper.

Moreover, please let us know if you agree with our paper diffusion policy or if you have some special requests (write to credit@greta.it): we are planning to the presented papers in a volume and in a CD-ROM, distributed only to the conference participants. The papers will also be available for download from the programme webpage a few days before the conference starts.

Guidelines for Poster Presenters

If you have been selected for a poster presentation, please read the following information.

Posters should be mounted during the Coffee Break preceding your Session, so that they are available to viewers when your Session starts.

They should be taken down following the Session. The conference will provide a poster board and push tacks or velcro to attach posters to the board. Each presenter will be assigned to a specific board for her/his presentation. The maximum space allowed for each poster is 150cm tall by 100cm wide (oriented vertically), enough space for a maximum of 15 A4 printed pages.

Moreover, please let us know if you agree with our paper diffusion policy or if you have some special requests (write to credit@greta.it): we are planning to include the abstract of the paper in the conference volume and the full version in a CD-ROM, distributed only to the conference participants. The papers will also be available for download from the programme webpage a few days before the conference starts.
