Registration Fees

(*) if you are a Phd Student, you are kindly requested to send a certificate of your PhD Student position as well as a letter of presentation to the Local Organizer GRETA (Address: San Polo 2605, 30125 Venice- Italy. E-mail: credit@greta.it)

Registration Fee covers:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Lunches and coffee during the Conference
• Conference kit

The registration fees do not fully cover the conference dinner on 29 September 2011 for which there is a charge of 80.00 Euro for each attending person (participants as well as accompanying persons).

Payments

Payments could be made as follows:

• Credit Card
• Bank Transfer

Cancellation and refunds

• Registrations will be refunded, with a 25% cancellation fee, only if a written request is received by 05/09/2011. No refund will be processed after this date.
• Due to accounting reasons, any refund will be issued after the end of the Conference.
• Any request of cancellation shall be addressed either by fax or e-mail to Nexa (Fax: + 39 041 5285041 - E-mail: creditinfo@nexave.org).
• In case of changes in the registration details originally submitted Nexa will be authorized to charge an extra processing service fee
• Changes in the name of the Participant/Delegate are allowed and must be sent either by fax or e-mail to Nexa (Fax: + 39 041 5285041 - E-mail: creditinfo@nexave.org).
