Important Notice:

Overseas presenters/discussants** whose participation has been approved by the Organising Committee will be sponsored with 2 nights deluxe-room accommodation from 5th April (check-in) to 6th April (check-out on 7th April) at this hotel. (No substitution of hotel or variation to the room-type permitted). Any additional nights required before or/and after the SBM conference shall be at own expense and paid directly to the hotel. Reservations are secured using the guest’s credit card, but approved overseas presenters/discussants will not be charged for the sponsored nights mentioned above.
