Output
The service is personalized and the user could
require:
- the development of ad hoc extensions of the model;
- personalized model specifications, providing for example
an higher disaggregation for some sectors (labour market,
consumptions, investments)
- the definition of ad hoc scenarios reflecting user expectations;
- the time horizon extension related to the user needs of
programming/evaluation process.
The foreseen or running model developments (consumptions,
value added and labour market sectorial disaggregation and
the temporal disaggregation, going to quarterly data) will
be provided to the user as soon as they are available.
The service include the quarterly updated of the model and
the contemporaneous delivery of a quarterly bulletin dedicated
to the forecasting scenarios and to the conjuncture analysis
of the international, national and regional economic system.
Moreover, a comparative analysis between the region of interest
and other regions chosen by the user (for example neighbouring
regions or competitors) will be provided. The user could also
require some analysis dedicated to specific topics as complement
of the quarterly bulletin.
Each quarter will be delivered the following files:
a. two excel files including historical data of regional
and national variables; b. two excel files including the exogenous
variables scenarios;
c. two excel files including the forecasted scenarios for
all the endogenous variables;
d. a workfile in Eviews format including the estimated equations,
the solved model and all the variables;
e. a file in text format including the source programme that
estimate and solve the model and produce the forecasting scenarios;
f. an Acrobat Reader file for the quarterly bulletin dedicated
to the international, national and regional conjuncture, to
the forecasts comment and to the regional comparative analysis.
Once at year the updated technical document will be delivered.
The aims of the document are to provide information on the
model, its framework, the used dataset and to be a manual
for the utilization of the procedure developed by GRETA Associati
in Eviews.
