FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT AND CALL FOR PAPERS

Those wishing to present a paper at the Conference should submit an extended abstract (min. 500 max. 800 words) by April 15, 2000. The extended abstract should include a clear indication of the purpose of the paper, references to existing literature, the research method and empirical basis, and major results and implications.
Abstracts can be submitted by fax, or preferably e-mail.
The name of the author(s), affiliation, address, telephone, fax and e-mail should not be on the abstract, but on a separate title page. Please indicate to whom correspondence should be addressed.
Decisions regarding acceptance will be made by April 30, 2000.
Complete papers must be received in full by May 20, 2000.
