Please, note that New York is one of the biggest world fair centers. It is also visited by many tourists during the whole year. If you plan to attend the conference, we encourage you to arrange your accommodation as soon as possible.

Participants are requested to arrange their own transfers from and to the airport, unless indicated otherwise.
